How I Evolved Inspiring Wellness
I have been studying and love doing things that improve my quality of life for many years and only teach the most powerful and effective things that I have learnt.
I have been working with people in our clinic for 19 years and do LOTS of work with people who suffer from Anxiety - it's become something I specialise in and we offer a very powerful 12 week program, Hit Refresh.
I have written two books and we also run online home study courses for wellness mindset and tools, and run occasional workshops. But the main thing that lights me up is helping people transform their life and gain a whole new level of quality in their life.
A bit about me
I am a father of two incredibly amazing children who I adore (Noah 14, and Zevvy 10)
I love bush walks, love going to the beach and playing sports like golf, squash and tennis on sunny days.
