Why a Transformation is Needed.
A transformation is especially important when people have had a problematic pattern (anxiety, insomnia, anger, physical pain, OCD, depression, etc..) going on for a long time - because if you've suffered from this pattern for a period of time, it starts to affect your identity.
Have you ever heard someone say "I'm just an anxious person", or "I'm like this just because I'm anxious"?
When a pattern or behaviour gets connected to your identity, it becomes persistent and hard to change.
So, why is a transformation so important? Think of it this way - if you don't have a transformation, you're pretty much saying you want to be exactly the same but without the problem.
But the problem is a symptom and, like all other symptoms, it's a calling to become aware that something needs to change!
Often, it's due to an accumulation of too much stress stored in the body, and so just removing the symptom (the pattern of anxiety, anger, insomnia, etc..), all that will happen is the person will repeat that pattern again when life gets too stressful, uncertain, too much change, another trauma, etc.
So people want to go back to how things were before the problem started - but what they're unaware of, is that in most cases, the way that life was previously, was slowly getting worse without them knowing it.
What does a 'transformation' mean?
A transformation means you see yourself differently because you ARE different.
You know that when there are stresses or challenging situations, you have the ability to adapt and even thrive!
Because this is in such contrast to the old ways of going into reaction, overwhelm, stress response, you naturally start seeing yourself in a new light and then you show up this way, and both positively reinforce each other.
So, now you start becoming stronger and you can grow from life's stresses.

Essentially, if someone's stuck in survival mode and they're just trying to have a problem or behavioural pattern go away without changing who they are, all that happens is, over time, we learn to do less to play it safer. Life becomes downsized or smaller and we very quickly have a lower quality of life.
Most people when they come to see me, the main reason that they're in my office is not because of the problem but because of how it is stopping them from doing something else in life - like ruining their relationships or making parenting harder or stopping them from being able to progress in their career, etc.

The way that you see yourself and how you respond to life's stresses and situations is based on memories of how you've recently been living.
For example, I've had clients come to me because they can't drive anymore because driving triggers their anxiety - many times, these clients have told me that before it happened they could drive fine and they often did for decades without even thinking of driving as being even a little bit stressful.
Now these people are focusing on recent memories of it going wrong and this is causing a stress response in their nervous system, essentially hijacking their nervous system into the flight or flight response.
In a way, this too is a transformation on the negative side, meaning they are becoming less resourceful and less capable.
To Have a Transformation
NSA
To help people make change and undergo a transformation to overcome their patterns, we work with the Nervous system.
We use NSA because it is the most effective tool I know of to help people make change, adapt, and respond to situations in a new way.
Because you're receiving NSA care, you'll start living more in growth physiology, and will naturally start having a transformation.
Once your Nervous system has been 'upgraded', you're living in growth physiology more often and develop a growth mindset, you'll feel an increased sense of well-being, and you will have undergone a transformation!

Strategies for Life
Many clients come back for regular entrainments because they know how NSA is a wellness technique and it improves their quality of life.
Stresses and traumas are bound to happen in life, and even the clients who have undergone their transformation may want some Network care to help them get through the difficult times in life.
But the cool thing is, the NSA strategies they have from previous care stay with them (and you) for a life time!
Your body will naturally respond to my contacts and know how to dissipate the tension, way faster than when you first started Network care! So, you're not starting from the beginning - even if you've had a big break.
A very common thing I hear clients say when they come back after a long time is: "My body just knew exactly what to do, it felt like it was just yesterday that I had my last session!"
